A retired couple are building their dream home, a contemporary building, minimalist in style.
The aim of our landscape design is to complement and soften this bold structure into the surrounding rural countryside. The new home will be approached via a serpentine driveway, meandering through mounds of birch and lush green foliage planting.
The design includes a large pond, garden studio, vegetable garden, orchard and terraces. The contemporary structure will be clothed and softened by groves of trees, drifts of ornamental grasses, colourful textural herbaceous beds and specially designed pergola structures supporting climbing plants.
